2 mile run in 15:40 (PR!)
    Chin-ups: 3x5, 4

    Notes:

This PR is a big deal to me. I believe it has come from a mix of weight loss and my recent focus on getting my running in no matter what 4x/week, but it is a solid improvement from the original ~22 minute 2 mile. This is enough to pass the current PFT with about a minute to spare. It's not very likely that I will ever be a part of the army, and even if I am fortunate enough, I will never take the current PFT, but goals are important, and I've just met mine. It was a good workout.

I don't know what your personal circumstances are, but if you have dreams of joining the army then just go for it.

Haha, I would love to, but it's not quite so simple. I also want to be a physical therapist, and most army PTs go through an army physical therapy program that is very competitive admissions-wise. So, atm I've got my fingers crossed that I can go there, but we'll have to wait and see!

2 mile run in 15:16 (PR!)
    Chin-ups: 6,6,5,3,3
    Push-ups: 20,10,8,10,10
    Sit-ups: 20,16,14,12

    Notes:

Mostly because of time constraints, I tried today to just take 1 minute rest between sets no matter what. It sure makes my performance between sets decline quickly, but I also feel as though I pushed myself harder. We'll see how this continues. In other news, I hit another PR on my 2 mile! I seem to be progressing rapidly on that front, especially as I continue to lose weight. I'm not sure where either my time or my weight will bottom out at, but I'm excited to see.
