Down to 212 today. It's crazy to think that I've lost 22 pounds since February. Honestly, it has been way easier than I thought it would be. Hopefully I enjoy life more at 200 in the same way that I'm enjoying life more at 212 than I was at 234.

First time running this far in a long time, so I sandbagged quite a bit. Mentally, it will be much better for me to improve upon this time than crawl over the finish line with a 30:00 time the first time around and feel like I barely finished.

Planned on running 3.1 miles; but I started to get some joint pain in my left knee, both ankles, and my right hip. I think that's my body's way of telling me that it has had enough. I'd also have to assume that's why the time is about 20 seconds slower than I'd expect.

Rowing machine: 15 minutes. Not recording how far because I'm not going to be doing this regularly. Also I hated it.
Notes:
I've skipped out on some running and squatting recently because of my right hip. It was worse than I thought on the 8th. I'm going to try and run again on Thursday, but I'm going to definitely stay conservative with it.
