Messy 3rd set of squats here. Errors in description:

Should have done presses 170x5x5, realized 190 was a bit heavy.
Placing presses here is interesting. Though it's light, the built up fatigue (especially after squats) means that I have to get a bit more dynamic to survive 5x5, which means more practice with a dynamic press. Just what I need. I'll keep it.

DLs were stapled to the floor, even a warm-up at 565 was heavy. Gonna eat a ton of spaghetti-ohs tonight and try again tomorrow. Then take a week long vacation in Hawaii.
Even with my current totals I'm at a 1405 strengthlifting total, so that's cool:

Couldn't even break 615 off the floor...
Gonna focus on DLs more next training block. Probably need to alternate rack pulls and deficits or whatever. I'll have a full week to study that in Hawaii.
