Reducing squat vol to 3 sets as per what I've read in PPST and the forums (only taking into account responses from SSCs). With the extra time, seems like a good spot to place some pulling volume. After trying regular DLs, I think I would prefer something like SLDLs instead. Next week I'll do that.

Got my SVJ tested today. 26". Just a little past the middle of the bell curve.

Got two actual good sets on press, but struggled and failed an additional two attempts. Was pushing the bar forward instead of up.
Grabbed just one triple on bench and called it good. Will continue as normal.
