    Rough. I felt kind of beat up going into it. Going to scale back volume day weights a bit to keep lifting more on intensity days. Though I feel like I'm nearing the end for these here soon anyway.

    Woke up feeling terrible. Went to the gym feeling terrible. Squatted ok and decided it's not worth staying.

    Headed out to go camping/hiking today. No gym.

    I've been playing with this idea in order to improve my pressing:

    Mon
    Press INT
    Bench VOL

    Tue
    Squat VOL
    Press VOL

    Thur
    Bench INT
    Pin Press INT

    Fri
    Squat INT
    DL INT
    Press VOL (Light)

    Of course, then it's not really a TM setup and I might make a new thread. Also I'll be headed out of town for a full week after next week, so I suppose I'll start after that.
    I've just been listening to a lot of the Barbell Logic podcasts, rip podcasts, and Q&As regarding the press, and from what I've seen, the lift responds to high frequency. I've heard it often that if you want to have a good press, you'll need to press 4 days a week.
    Intensity days will be cycling between triples, doubles, and singles.

    I'm pretty confident I can close out this training cycle and break 1500.
