    Default 4-Day Texas Method 1435 total mid 20's dude

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Starting a slightly different TM after running the last one out. Ended with 610 DL, 510 SQ, 315 BP, 230 PR.
    From PPST, the 4-day one with Bench and Press volume done on the same day. Vol begins at 70% 1RM.
