Press took about 8-10 minutes between sets and really grinded the last rep on all 3 sets, blacked out after the second set which was awesome. Should I program 177.5 for 5 sets of 3 next or go till I fail and reset to 170? I think I'm knocking on Texas Method's door pretty soon here.

Squat 325 3x5 last rep was probably the ugliest squat I've ever performed
Bench 290 5,4,4 - took too deep of a breath after 4th rep on sets 2 and 3 and lost all tightness - will try this weight again next week

Starting Texas Method today with the following 5rms. Based on Andy Baker's article, I am going to back off a bit for the first few weeks and go back to the last 3x5 I completed with GOOD FORM. My last couple squats bench and press sets were garbage form-wise.

Thank you. I'm starting with 170 and doing 2.5 jumps every other week so I should be able to hit that, which was my 1rm last time I tested (Fall '18), for 5 in 3 months... I'll take it!

Pretty excited that I signed up at an actual strength gym today. Having actual knurling was great until I brushed my nose coming down on the press!
