Feeling like my pressing strength is down by maybe 1/2 a rep.
I'm not too concerned about it because of the weight cut.
Feeling good to be nearing failure on Leg Press without injuries. I am hoping to get it to 300kg for 5 sets of 5.

Really hope to get to 80kg by October 19.
I will stick with what I am doing till the 12th then decide whether I need to restrict calories further to reach my goal.
For the first time ever I have finally reached failure on legs. I feel extremely satisfied to have reached that point. Constant back injuries have been a nightmare.

How are the squats going? Getting to 80kg for 20 reps yet? What does your back say about that?
