Light Deadlift: 100kg, 5 reps

Walking Lunges: 2x25kg, 2 sets of 30
CG Bench: 82.5kg, 3 sets of 5
PBM OHP: 54kg, 12, 7, 7 (PR)
Lt Lat pulldowns: 170lbs, 3 sets of 5
Lt Seated Rows: 180lbs, 2 sets of 8
Lt Squats: 90kg, 5 reps
New PR for amrap at 54kg on OHP.

PBM OHP: 60kg, 7, 4, 4 (PR)
TMI Bench: 105kg, 2 sets of 3
TMI Chin ups: +27.5kg, 4, 2 (PR)
Felt a little dissapointed not to get 4 reps at 105kg on bench press.

Hurt my back quite severely, had to drop weight on leg press.
