    Nice to see your progress and hitting PRs.

    What does the CG, PBM, TMI, TMV stand for?

    Just a week till I’m back in the gym. Can’t wait

    CG = Close Grip
    TMI = Texas Method Intensity Day
    TMV = Texas Method Volume Day

    PBM = PositronBomb Method, which works off percentages of my 3 rep max and performing an AMRAP set, followed by 2 additional sets of at least half AMRAP of the first set. This is actually really enjoyable. The loads are always changing so it's always a new challenge.

    Week 15
    Friday's workout

    TMI leg press: 270kg, 5 (PR)
    TMI OHP: 67kg, 5 (PR)
    PBM bench: 105kg, 5, 3, 3 (PR)
    Chin ups: 20 sets of 5 (Vol PR)

    Incredibly happy with today's result wasn't expecting to get PRs on Bench and OHP.
    Decided, may as well go for a volume PR on chinups.
