What does the CG, PBM, TMI, TMV stand for?
Just a week till I’m back in the gym. Can’t wait
CG = Close Grip
TMI = Texas Method Intensity Day
TMV = Texas Method Volume Day
PBM = PositronBomb Method, which works off percentages of my 3 rep max and performing an AMRAP set, followed by 2 additional sets of at least half AMRAP of the first set. This is actually really enjoyable. The loads are always changing so it's always a new challenge.
