    Was so exhausted from squats it took forever to get to these worksets and get them done.

    Speed Deadlifts:
    No time, plus too tired.

    Had to go the gym until the afternoon bc i really wasn't feeling well in the morning (and i could today). Reduced one set to see if it helps with not missing the deadlifts on friday AND make the squats on friday also feel a bit better.
