    Felt good and EZ first two sets, the third i was rushing and was too high up the bench.

    Felt good too. The reduction of that one set of squats on Monday's seems to be working great at least these past two weeks.

    Had to go much much later to the gym bc of a big meeting, but the press feeling so hard and my chest "popping" all week makes me think my bench is done progressing on heavy day.

    Quite a bit of low back pain by set 4. Coach saw every set so we know the form was spot-on except in two reps out of the whole 20. Might need a deload week soon if i can't figure it out. Lots of rest after and two ibuprofen did have me feeling a lot better.

    Deloaded the weight for the sets since the heavy day is back to sets of five and it should be offset from the weight that will be done then (255). Added one set so tonnage continues to go up even though the weight per set is lower.

    Felt good. A bit of the low back pain came back when i was offloading the bar afterwards, but still an hour later not feeling terrible so fingers crossed it is all good tomorrow still.
