    My booty was so pumped today as well! Really did not have that fourth one in me so coach said I could do only 3 sets today. Depending on how Friday goes, we either stick to three sets or repeat this weight with 4 sets.

    Bench Press:

    210x5x4 EZ

    Speed Deadlifts:

    [Worksets]
    315x1x10 EMOM
    All of them were speedy!

    455x1.5 PR but failed as it should have been a triple or at least a double.

    Bench Press:

    [Worksets]
    255x5 EZ very EZ (forgot to add 5lbs to make it 260... but no biggie, nothing was affected here)

    Deadlift
    [Warmups]

    225x3
    315x2

    Stopped because Coach and i decided to move to a one lift per day program since i have another trip very soon, and Monday is deadlift day.
