I'm still arm pulling a bit on snatch. I'm gonna postpone those and work on cleans, since straight arms are easier for me to understand on those. Also working on looking straight ahead so I don't loop the bar. Today went well.
Having some whiskey tonight. Ive built up my cabinet to 5 bottles:
Rittenhouse BiB
Eagle Rare
Glenfiddich single malt scotch whisky
Pendleton blended Canadian whisky (bottled in hood river OR)
Dry Fly wheat whiskey
Having some Rittenhouse, that's probably my favorite. I enjoy the Dry Fly at a close second.

Feeling very strong on the press. The pin presses are really helping.

Fucking hell these pin presses are getting hard
Regarding bench, I'm just going to pretend like I got my doubles at 340 and move on to singles at 345 next week.

I think cleans are going good. And I must have eliminated arm pull because 1) my elbows don't hurt right now and 2) I can't arm pull 205.
Pressing after a clean is interesting. I'll have to get more practice with that.
Squat needs some work. Im looking forward. I'm going to focus on a spot at the ground in front of me next time, that should clear it up.
I'm gonna get rid of dynamic effort presses. I like doing my clean and press on Thursdays instead.
