Hang Cleans, Slow Cleans off the floor up to 185
Pulled a few good 185s that felt almost weightless, must have been hitting the jump pretty good. I'll just keep practicing.

Form on press might be a bit messy, evidenced by having trouble on singles but not struggling with a new 5RM. Probably a bar path thing, I bet it's getting out in front of me.

Cleans felt great, so did the pressing. The Press feels super cool coming out of the clean.

Felt good on bench today and snagged a 15lb PR!

Watching the bench at half-speed, I can see that I shifted out of position halfway up, the bar drifted forward, and I started to grind.
Guess I gotta work on staying tight on the bench. Maybe this 1RM was harder than it needed to be.

I'll be cleaning all my press weights, for practice and to get more clean volume in.
During the first few weeks, I may take a few 5lb jumps on bench/press, and a few 10lb jumps on squat/DL. We'll see.

A ton of Hang Cleans
Grabbed a 1RM squat to finish before going to 5RMs next week.
Did a ton of Hang cleans to solidify the jump part of a clean, and work on getting rid of arm pull.

Missed on the press set of 5, but cleaning 227.5 is the most I've done. I'm improving.

Went back and grabbed my 227.5x5 press that I missed yesterday, instead of pin press.
Ran out of time on squats.
