How did the deads feel? What do you think happened with them?

Thanks, it's always fun to look back and see how much I improved. For example, at this meet last year I was pinned under a 315 bench for 3rd attempt!
I think low back fatigue from the squats is what killed my deads. With the way 585 flew up I thought I had 635 in the bag. But my low back got loose on both attempts and the pull was inefficient.
Also, if I had locked out a more moderate weight, like 615, I would have lost by a few wilks. Thought better to go straight for a 635 win, than spend energy on a 615.
Bummer about missing them, but huge props for going for the win.

Didn't use a belt on the haltings, my 4" was digging in. Immediately ordered a 3" double ply dominion starting strength belt when I got home. That should be here by sunday.
Actually going to start doing the alternating haltings/rack pull from here out. Might take a couple weeks to find good weights to do these at, gonna titrate up.
Still fatigued from the meet, but I'm seeing that about a week of light training is recommended. Maybe I should have taken it easier, who knows.
I should be fine by Monday. I'll start next week with some heavy (but manageable) triples for intensity workouts.

Having trouble with light headedness after a pin press, so I tried seated press.
