Still got that elbow shit going on from Monday, just couldn't bench heavy. It's feeling better than it did, though.
Improving on split snatch. Focusing on splitting down to the same height seems to help. It's starting to feel a lot quicker.

Knees are looking good. I usually struggle with keeping then straight so this is nice to see. Only thing I see in this is that I could be tighter from the waist up.

Going to move on to bench doubles next week 335x2x3 and scale back volume day weight to 70%.
Split Snatch form check:
-I need to start hips lower
-I'm arm pulling to some degree. I can see it in the vid and I can feel a slight strain on the inside of both elbows. Keep elbows out and tight.
-Need to shrug more and get under it faster, and split down to the same depth. These were a bit higher than usual.

Ran out of time. Going to do cleans tomorrow for a form check, then vol DLs.
Always chalk up before heavy squats. Messed up my first set because the bar started to slip.

Power cleans up to 185. Working on *not* arm pulling.

Those pin presses are paying off. I've added 20 lbs now to my weak point in the pin press 5RM. My sticking point in the press feels a lot easier.
Moving on to press doubles next week 240x2x3.
