Barely missed 5 on the press.
Cleans feel good.
It's looking like there's not gonna be enough time for 5x5 squats with how I have this program arranged.

An rough end to a very rough week, but I can't have great weeks all the time.. though 545 being stuck to the floor was pretty fucked up. Things to fix:
-dont get sick
-fix rack position on cleans, so my wrist doesn't hurt
-eat a lot more

BW back up to 231 thanks to some extra Oreos and canned ravioli. Almost feeling 100% again.
