    First day with the new belt, 3" Dominion ss double ply. I'm sold on benching with a belt, I can arch with it, feels tighter, and my reps look better.

    Trying out the new 3" belt on DL. Feels pretty good, still gotta get used to it.

    Did these at the squat seminar at Next Level Barbell in Portland. In person coaching is some good shit. The seminar was excellent, highly recommend anyone going. Can't wait to squat more on Tuesday.

    Things to remember:
    -control my descent speed
    -break at knees first
    -I can cut a few inches on depth

    Rough sesh today. Gonna blame traveling all yesterday. Glad I got my bench and deads in, but it's too bad that I couldnt get presses to work.

    First day back after being sick for a week.
    Weighed in at 225 (down 12 lbs) what the fuck

    Bench 295x3x2
    Press 185x5,4, 170x3
    Curls

    Benches went fine. Presses were depressing. Too thin and couldn't get tight enough with the belt. Need to gain weight back.

    Feeling better today. Gonna titrate up to 95% next week.
