    Evertything felt heavy. Absolutely abysmal session.

    Bench 315x1 (planned for 315x3 but stopped here)
    Press 225x1 (barely)
    190x3,4,4 (absolute grindfest)
    Pin Press at forehead 185x3, 205x3, 225

    But I weighed in at 234. Only 3ish more pounds to go til I'm back at my normal BW.
    Crazy that being sick for a week has just completely derailed progress for almost 3 weeks now. This is so goddamn annoying.

    Found a great gym to visit while at the parents house. Squats felt better. Upper body lifts still feeling heavy.
