Taped my squats on Tuesday and found 2 problems:
-going too deep
-descending too fast
Made my reps unnecessarily hard, due to the extra depth, and losing a degree of control at the bottom. Worked on slowing descent and hitting just correct depth on Friday, and it already feels much better.

Iffy week. Press and Bench volume are grinding, time to change those up a bit. It's been a good run.
Think I'll keep the weight up on bench, move onto 307.5x3x5 and go up 2.5/wk from there.
As for press, I'll start doing a top set of 5 with two back-off sets.

Statewide shutdown of all recreation facilities too.
And I had just signed up for the Portland strengthlifting meet in June. I'm not sure how long this will last, but it sucks bad that I can't put my work in and get closer to my 600lb squat goal. Maybe I'll lose a month of training? Who knows. Just have to ride this out I guess.
And it's spring break here too. I would have had the gym all to myself. Now it's going to be a VERY slow week.

Deadlift 315x3, 405x2, 455x2, 500x3
Bench 275x3, CGB 225x12
Seated Press 185x0 (sad panda), 135x5,5,7
Friend of mine got his hands on an Ohio Power Bar, a Bench, and 10x45lb plates and 2x25lb plates.
Have to be slow on eccentric with deads, don't want to damage the floor.
Bench is possible if three of us are there; we do handoffs with lots of communication.
Ceiling too short to press (Dang), seated press it is.
Felt good to lift something again.
