    First workout since before Christmas. I moved to Texas last Friday and the day before Christmas I realized I wouldn't get everything done if I went to the gym four times a week. Haven't been eating right either so I backed off 20% for a set of five for each lift.

    I wrote down 125 x 5 x 3 before I realized the most I'd ever done at 125 was 1 x 5. Couldnt quite get the last rep, but I felt like I wouldn't be able to do any of the 2nd or 3rd sets at all. Guess I'm getting stronger!
