    Swapped my deadlift and bench because the gym has holiday hours tomorrow. If I don’t get my lifts in before noon, I’ll have to go to a different branch and I think they all have hex plates. The bar flew up so maybe I should start doing my intensity DL before my volume squats.

    Ran into a powerlifter who says there’s a meet coming up in town in February. So I’ll consider it since I won’t have to travel.

    When I did HLM at this weight and heavier, I looked forward to squats. Now that I’m doing a 4-day split I dread squatting. Maybe because there’s no “easy” day?

    Got a late start, and by the time I finished my deadlifts it was after my bedtime. So no HIIT.
