    Squat - 320x3x5
    RDL - 225x3x8
    Chin ups - Purple band 8,7,5

    So for squat I tied my old 5 rep. RDL went well. Chin ups were disappointing since I did one less rep than last week on the third set, first two sets remain unchanged so I'm not too happy that it seems progress has stopped there. I might do an additional workout with that maybe Saturday or something.

    CGB - 212.5 8,6,5
    LTE - 90x3x10

    Good workout overall, Passed all three lifts. Press was a little slow on the last rep but wasn't an all out grind. Number of reps crept down on the close grip bench but still passed the weight. Finally got past 90 on the lying tricep extension after being stuck there for little so happy about that. Decent day.

    Squat - 260x5x3
    Deadlift - 315x1x5
    Shrugs - 250x3x20

    Decent workout today. Squats were not bad, think I was getting better bar speed coming up. The deadlift was an easy pass, however had one snafu where on the 4th rep my hook grip didn't hold. Reset and got a 4th with hook grip but switched to alternating grip for 5th rep. Shrugs were pretty strong.

    Bench - 255x3x1
    Press - 137.5x5x3

    Good day. Set a new PR for a single on the bench and really I definitely felt like I could have gone heavier. First single felt like I could have got a double out of it. Second felt a little bit more effort, and third went up with no issues. Nothing was a real grind for those. On the press bar speed was good except for third set, which I think I lost concentration but everything went well overall.

    Chin ups - purple band 8,7,6

    The squat felt much better than last week's workout. RDL also felt good. Chin ups I was able to hit the mark I had two weeks ago but not really seeing progress. I think I might add a slightly lighter band to this one so I can get a batch at 10 reps each, since I'm wondering if lack of volume is hitting me on it. Still a good day overall.

    CGB - 215 7,6,5 * first fail at this weight
    LTE - 92.5 10,10,7 * first fail at this weight

    So my singles on the press went well. I did fail the close grip bench and lying tricep extension but I'm not overly upset. My CGB is getting pretty close to the regular bench so I was expecting it to hit a snag and for the LTE it seems I have to go for a weight for at least two weeks before I pass these, so I'm not upset, and the press was another PR for me.

    Due to wife being out of town and having to watch the youngest just couldn't get the workout earlier so hit this Sunday morning. Squat went well. Deadlift was no sweat, I think last week might have even felt harder. Had planned on adding a backoff set and it was a good day to do so. Shrugs went well so a very good workout.

    Bench - 235x3x5
    Press - 137.5x5x3

    Finally passed the bench. First two sets were pretty strong. Last rep of the last set was a grind but it was a strong grid where I was giving it my all but it wasn't one of those where I wasn't sure if it was going to go up or not, felt like I powered through it and I pretty much knew it was going up. Bar speed on the press was good except for last set. It was weird but felt like I was having trouble holding my valsalva maneuver.

    Squat I was definitely grinding through the last 2 reps of the last set, but got it done. Romanian's went pretty good. First set of the chin ups I barely hit 8 so I just decided I was adding the weakest band to it to try to get more volumn. I'm sick of this damn workout being so stagnant. I feel like no progress has been made at all. I am also planning on Saturday to do body weight chin ups to give myself a heavy day and a lighter volume day to try to force this damn thing to improve.

    Did well on the press. A few times my right thigh started cramping on the last rep, however despite final reps being slow I think it was a strong showing and wasn't really a grind. Close grip bench was a pass, but that first set of 8 took it out of me. Hitting 5 for the next two sets was a challenge, so moving on with that lift. Lying tricep extension stayed the same, but I think it's just how this lift will go. Good workout.
