Squat - 280x5x3
Deadlift - 370x1x5, 335x2x5
Shrugs - 280x3x20
Decent speed on the squats. Knocked 370 out, but after lift was done, felt like I had a small tweak in the lower back on the left side. Against rational thought I pulled my backoff sets where I would feel the tweak on the first rep and then the rest I would be fine. Think it might have been stupid to have done this as it started feeling like if I bent over I would be in pain, but that might just be fear from prior times I've pulled my back. Did the shrugs, and I think I'm close to hitting a failure point on those as bad as the last set was feeling. I hope my back turns out to be fine but I'm going to have to pay attention this weekend.

Press - 142.5x5x3
Felt very good on my singles. Really good, and pretty confident I could have done 262.5 if not 265 today. Press felt good too and speed was good.

Squat - 375x3x1
RDL - 285x3x8
Chin ups - Purple & Red band 10,9,8
Squat went good, and was a 10 lbs PR from the last time I did singles. Romanians were good as well. A little disappointed with chin ups as it still seems no progress has been made. I'm going to increase the rest times and try to get things moving again.

Press - 175x3x1
CGB - 220 7,5,5 * second fail at this weight
LTE - 87.5x3x10
Press felt pretty good, think I may have been able to do 177.5 today, but sticking to it. Close grip bench felt stronger than last time, and I might have been able to get the 8th rep on the first set but that 7th rep was slow enough I didn't want to be in full on grind today. Lying tricep extension was feeling pretty strong, but last two reps on last set were real grind and last rep was probably full on cheating so I'm repeating the weight.

Squat - 280x5x3
Deadlift - 375 3 * first fail at this weight
Squat went alright. I was a little bit nervous going into the deadlift since last week it had felt like I tweaked my back. I was being very deliberate with my form to try to prevent anything going wrong. Warm ups seemed to be alright. First two pulls were alright, though a little slow. Third rep on lockout had a lot of pain. Put the weight down and that was that. Had a little trouble standing back up for a minute. Pain went away after an hour but I think I'm going to need to go to the Starr protocol for at least a week or two.
