    Squat - 265x5x3
    Deadlift - 350x1x5, 315x2x5
    Shurgs - 225x3x15

Bar speed on the squat wasn't bad, but I was hoping it would have been a little better. Passed the deadlift, and really felt very strong on it. Next week 355 will be to match what I had hit before my hard fails at 360 and then coming down. I'm thinking the additional volume is really helping since I didn't feel this strong before. However I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. I'm happy with the way things are moving on it though. Decided to stick to 225 on the shrugs and try to move up the reps to 20 for each.

Bench - 235 2*, 220x4x3 *second fail at this weight
    Press - 135x5x3
    Incline db - 55x2x10
    Decline db - 45x2x10

Looks like I've regressed on the bench or this extra volume is taking its toll on me. I've been able to do 235 for 3 before but failed on the 3rd set when doing 3x3. Press was also pretty bad. While bar speed on the first 4 sets wasn't horrific, wasn't good but last set was a grind and this isn't supposed to be a grind lift but a light day. The incline and decline were also pretty tough today.

    Squat - 240x1x3, 220x4x3
    Lat pull downs - 150x3x10
    Rows - 135x3x8
    RDL - 275x3x8
    BB Curls - 55x1x10, 60x1x10, 65x1x10

Squat felt heavy but I do not think I was in any danger of not hitting my reps. Hardest thing today were the rows where I had wanted to hit 10 for my reps but 10 seemed to be the limit. I may back off the weight a little next week on it. Added in the curls as well.

    Press - 157.5x1x3, 147.5x4x3
    CGB - 175x3x8
    LTE - 75x3x10
    OTE - 20x3x10

Passed the press and was pretty happy about that. Close grip bench was relatively easy, last rep was a little slow last rep, but still felt good. Lying tricep extension was an easy pass this week. Overhead tricep extension was a grind, but got it done.

    Squat - 265x5x3
    Deadlift - 355x1x5, 320x2x5
    Shrugs - 225 17,17,16

Relatively good bar speed on the squat. Deadlift was a pass so I tied my PR, but the last rep was a fight to get. Didn't feel as powerful as my previous workouts, but a pass is a pass. Hoping to nail 360 next week. Backoff sets were not too bad. Still haven't been able to get 20 on any of the sets of the shrugs but seems to be getting better so I'm happy so far.

    Bench - 252.5x1x1, 237.5x4x1
    Press - 135x5x3
    Incline db - 55 10,10,7
    Decline db - 45x3x10

Heavy single on the bench was a pretty good challenge for me. Was able to get the backoffs done. Press bar speed wasn't horrible but not good either. Added the third set to the dumb bell incline and decline bench. I think I'll need just a tiny bit more rest on the incline. I think I'll move from my 90 seconds to 2 minutes on it.

    Squat - 365x1x1, 345x4x1
    Rows - 135x3x10
    RDL - 280x3x8
    LPD - 150 10,10,7
    Barbell Curls - 70 10,10,9

Pretty good day. Traveling for work. Didn't want to get up early in the morning since I got in late. Went to workout as an early lunch break so was working out later in the day and had a breakfast in me. Felt pretty good for all lifts. If I could I would love to workout at this time every day.

Definitely a hard pass on the press. My form got a little ugly. Close grip was a strain on last set. On the tricep extensions, really feeling the burn on those.

    Squat - 265x5x3
    Deadlift - 360x1x5, 325 2

Bar speed on the squat went well. Deadlift started out pretty good considering that the most I had pulled at this weight prior when I failed at it twice was once. First 4 were tough, but the last one I'm not sure what I felt but in my lower back something didn't feel right, no sharp pain, but I'm not sure if I got 100% set when I pulled for that last one. I did complete the rep and hit my 5. I then started my back off sets, and on the first rep, went up with no issues with the exception of the lockout where right at the top I felt some sharp pain in my lower back. I wasn't sure if it was a fluke so I continued to a second rep and it went up with no pain, but right at lockout I had some sharp pain in my lower back so I called it right there. Put everything up and went back home. I'll be watching things carefully. I'm hoping that I didn't actually hurt myself, and dodged a bullet.

    Bench - 225x1x5, 210x4x5
    Press - 135x5x3
    IDP - 55 10,10,9
    DDP - 50 9,9,9

Passed the bench today at a weight I failed last time and felt pretty strong on it, so I was very happy about that. On the press, bar speed was alright, but was working from a slightly awkward position due to rack being in use so I used the incline bench as the position to pick the bar up from. Incline dumb bells and decline dumb bells went well. Think I'll be moving up on the incline next time, first time on 50s for the decline.
