    Squat - 305x3x5
    Deadlift - 265x1x5
    Shrugs - 235x3x20

    Squat went alright, a few slow reps in there. Was mostly at depth but had a few high ones. I hope I just get a feel for this at some point instead of having to video every set. Deadlift went well, however still a sub maximal weight. No pain at all so very happy about that. Shrugs were somewhat alright, however I almost feel like I should repeat as I think I might have cheated the last two reps, but I'm going to put the weight up next week and any more questionable reps I'll repeat at that point.

    Bench - 235 5,5,4,1 * first fail at this weight
    Press - 135x5x3

    Was hoping I would get 235 today, which I believe was previously my 3 rep pr. The first set, 5th rep was slow. Second set 4th rep was slow and 5th was a nail biting grind. Third set the 4th rep was very slow and the 5th just wasn't going up. I waited a few minutes and got a single in to get the full volume. Speed on the press seemed alright but wasn't what i would call fast. I'm debating on whether I will start volume cycling on the bench or not next week.

    Chin Up - Purple 8,6,5

    I was worried that I didn't hit depth on the squat but watching the video shows that I was so I was happy about that. Switched to Romanians to focus more on hamstring engagement and to be careful to not re-injure myself. I was happy my chin ups didn't regress so I'll take doing the same as two weeks ago.

    CGB - 207.5 8,7,6
    LTE - 90 10,10,7 * first fail at this weight

    Tied my one rep PR on the press and the lift wasn't really challenging so I know I had 170 in me. Close grip bench was a good pass. Happy with that today. Lying tricep extension was not a pass but overall wasn't bad and this is a lift that is probably going to repeated more than it moves up so no biggie.

    I didn't really focus on the speed of my squats since I was still obsessed with getting depth. They went fine though. I had debated on going to 295 for the deadlift and wish I had but I had some pain in my left leg from yesterday and only took it to 285. Looking at my videos, looks like I set my back well on the first rep but I'm not getting it set as well subsequently. Need to really focus on that. Shrugs were not a problem today.

    Really thought I was going to get the bench. No issues first set, second set the 5th rep was a little slow but wasn't a grinding effort so figured I had it in the bag. 4th rep of 3rd set was a little slow and I was figuring I was good but I think I had a lack of concentration or something and brought the bar down too fast and felt like I lost my tightness and I never got the bar more than 3 inches over my chest and that was it. I waited a minute and did a single to get my volume and the single wasn't that bad. I think I would have had it if not for messing up on the concentric portion of that last rep. Looks like I'm moving to volume cycling and I'll pass this the next time around.

    Chin ups - Purple band 8,7,6

    Back to three plate on the squat and I think it's more honest this time around as I'm video everything to ensure I'm hitting depth. With the exception of the second rep on the second set everything broke parallel and on the questionable one, it looked like I was exactly parallel but really everything was much better. While I didn't increase my first set on the chin ups, the second and third reps both added one rep so saw some improvement there.

    Passed the press without much issue. Won't say it was easy, but wasn't concerned about failing at any point. Close grip bench was a pass. Lying tricep extension had no progress from last week so that was the only real negative point.

    Shrugs - 245x3x20

    Bar speed was just meh on the squat. I was still more focused on the depth, which I was making. Deadlift went well, except second rep back was real rounded. The weight was light enough that it wasn't hurting me but gotta be more disciplined about setting back or I'll just end up injuring myself again as the weight goes up. Shrugs were a strong pass as well.

    Press - 137.5x5x3

    First set of bench went up with no issues. Second was a little more difficult. Third was a grind and I really was pushing hard with my legs against my shoulders and it almost felt like I strained my neck. I really felt that during the press. Hoping it's nothing that's going to follow me after today.
