    Squat - 265x5x3
    Deadlift - 335x1x5, 305x1x5
    Shrugs - 260x3x20

    Pretty good day. Squat speed wasn't really good but wasn't bad either. Deadlift I felt very strong on once I switch to alternate grip after my first rep with hook grip. I don't want to abandon it but it feels hard to maintain it between reps. First rep no problem then it just seems like I lose the grip and have to almost reset. Backoff set felt easy. Shrugs went well. Overall happy about today.

    Pretty good workout. The last rep of my last set of the bench was a grind, but I knew I had it the whole time. Press, the bar speed was pretty good the entire way. Good way to start the week.

    Chin ups - Red and Purple band 10,9,8

    So a good day. While squat was grindy, passed this weight. Romanians were good. I think I'll do one more 10 lbs jump at them before moving to 5s. Chin ups I saw progress which I was happy about. So another good workout.

    Press - 165x3x3
    CGB - 217.5 7,5,4 * first fail at this weight
    LTE - 92.5 10,9,8 * third fail at this weight

    Mixed bag day. Press was a pass, but the second set was a hard grind on last rep, and had a grindy last rep of the third set too. Close grip bench I thought I might have been able to do 8 on the first set if I had really grinded at max through it, but this lift is not supposed to be that way. Only got 5 on the second set, and failed in getting the 5th up on the third set, so even if I had gotten 8 on the first set, still a fail at this weight, but as it's a supplemental lift it moving is not super important. Lying tricep extension was still a fail. However I don't think moving that one really matters a whole lot either.

    Deadlift - 345x1x5, 315x1x5
    Shrugs - 265x3x20

    Today was a good day and accomplished everything I wanted to accomplish. Squat speed wasn't great but my depth was solid. Deadlift went very well. Shrugs were getting very challenging that last set, but good way to end the week.

    Set a new PR on the bench, and really anything from this point on will be a PR. I felt strong enough I think I might have just been able to do 260. Press went well and bar speed was good.

    Chinups - Purple & Red band 10,10,8

    Well, I finished the squat, but it felt like the grindiest workout I have ever done. Almost felt like I was grinding it out from the second rep on in all three sets. I had been debating on if I wanted to do a deload week next week, and after this one I am definitely going to do just that. Been feeling the aches after a lot of these workouts and it's probably time. Stiff leg deadlift went well, albeit my right hamstring seemed a little tight following each set. Chin ups I saw improvement again, which was nice.

    LTE - 92.5 10,10,7 *4th fail at this weight

    Singles went well. I could have probably done a higher weight since I didn't really get a good bow on the second single and pretty much strict pressed it up. Close grip was another fail, but I did a little better than last time. Failed the tricep extension again, but not worried about that one. I am aching all over my outer arms right now.

    Shrugs - 270x3x20

    Good workout. Had decent bar speed and depth on the squats. Deadlift was a strong success, and added the additional back off set. I think after the deload week I'll attempt another 10 lbs jump, but I don't want to get too greedy. This will be the last 10 lbs jump I take and will go to 5 following that attempt. Shrugs went well.

    Bench - 225x3x5

    Doing a deload week. Mostly just one lift a day at a little less than last 5 rep. Bench wasn't bad. Nothing was a grind, last rep was slightly slow.
