    Feel pretty fatigued right now. Gonna take 2 days off now and then start with intermediate programming.
    I chose the standard Texas-Method for that.
    Start weights for 5RM Intensity-day will be:

    Squat: 309 lbs
    Deadlift: 320 lbs
    Bench: 198 lbs
    Press: 121 lbs
