Was sick for the last week. Made me lose about 10 lbs of bodyweight due to 3 days of almost no food at all and very low calories for the rest of the week.
Decided to go back into training today. I am not sure how much strength I will have lost and how fast it will come back once I am able to eat as I used to.

My plan ist to step back a bit on my weights and aim for:

    Squat: 3x5x259 lbs
    Press: 5x1x110 lbs
    Bench Press: 1x5x165 lbs
+ Lat Pulldowns for a few sets

    Today's Bodyweight: 185 lbs (196 bevor sickness)

    Squat: 3x5x259 lbs
    Press: 5x1x110 lbs
    Bench Press: 1x5x165 lbs
    Lat Pull: 4x8x120 lbs

Managed to do all the reps I planed for that day. But the squat felt terrible heavy. Gonna LP the squat again till I almost reach my prior level.

Looks like I picked up a noro virus two weeks ago. So I had to take a break again (high risk of infection for others).
I was in training again today and I think another short LP is useful to get back to my old numbers.

    Squat: 3x5x243 lbs
    Bench Press: 3x5x165 lbs
Lat Pull: 5x8x120 lbs (missed the last rep)

In general it went well. But the condition is completely gone. The first set of work felt as if my heart was about to jump out of my chest. I'm curious how long it will take until it normalizes.
