getting sick sucks, but the nice thing about being 26 is that you recover your strength quickly. do you feel like you're reaching the point where you can only go up a kilo or so per session?

    Hi,
you mean in the squat? Cause bench and press is already at about 1kilo.
Squat will stay at 2,5 kilos each time. I hope I can get to 140 kilo (309 lbs) before I have to use "back-up days".

Deadlift will change from 5 kilo each session to 2,5 kilo each session.

Squat: 3x5x298 lbs (very close to failure)
    Press: 3x5x110 lbs
Deadlift: 1x5x331 lbs (form went down a bit. Will definitely decrease the jumps per workout).
