At the beginning of this week all German gyms were closed due to the "Corona-Virus".
Nobody really knows how long it will stay this way so I will pause this log till they reopen.
Gyms in Germany reopened today!
So after 2 months I finally could start training again.
I will start with a LP again due to massive detraining.
My current Bodyweight its about 177 lbs (about 25 less than before the lockdown).
Todays session I used to find new starting weights for my LP.

Quick progress in the Deadlift will stopp next workout. So from now on I will do the power-clean every second workout.
I have never done power-cleans and try to learn it next workout. (Have already done the stretch shown in the power-clean chapter of StartingStrength - hope I can get the rack-position right)

First session of power-cleans today. Still working on the form, so weight is quite low.
Feel it a little hard on the wrists so I probably have an issue on the rack-position / catch. Gonna reread the chapter an try to figure it out.
