I have my detailed log already on strengthlevel dot com, username hugh ss.
Been going 2.5 years. Early 50s. Weigh 102kg.
Squatting 150kg for 5.
Deadlift 170kg for 7.
Bench (weakest lift) is 85kg for 5.
(all for sets)
The gym classes where I go tend to bias towards more lower body work rather than upper body.
