Goals
500 Lb Squat prior to my 40th Birthday (9/10/2020). 600 Lb. DL 225 Press. BP...don't really care, depends on my shoulder.
Have been training using Starting Strength Method for a few years.
Reset my training in December and have been using an LP / Early intermediate program for my squat. Mid-Late Intermediate program for my press. BP hurts, so I have kept it light, and have been working primarily with Flat and Incline Dumbbells and narrow grip Bench to heal. Has allowed me to focus on getting my press up.

Wednesday is my light day for squats. Also do some light volume on press supplementary lift. Thinking about removing this day and transitioning to a 4-day split, but I really like squatting three days per week. We'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks as my squat intensity continues to increase.
