Rest times? Depends. If it's a routine backoff set or something that I know I can hit without doubt, I might only wait 2-3 min.

Top sets or heavy sets, or heavy sets across, I take at least 8.

    Comeback LP, W8D3

    Squat: 375x3, 335x3x3

This is kind of an "Intensity Day" for squats, after Monday's kinda "Volume Day" of 20 total reps. Top triple today was same weight as my 5rep last Friday. This is supposed to kinda give me a mental break/tonnage break while maintaining intensity, as I understand it. That said, holy crap 375x3 felt heavy to me today. I suppose it's 380 next week.

    Press: 187.5x5, 170x5x3

Press is now at top set with back-offs. Went pretty well; no major issues.

    Deadlift: 425x5

+5 from Monday. Still 35lbs off my best 5rep ever, but e1RM is rising at a nice rate right now.

    Press: 190x5

Putting in work. Short week: Only 2 training days. Both sessions will be brutal it looks like.

    Comeback LP, W9D2.2

    Squat (Intensity): 380x3

    No backoffs. I couldn't even.

    Deadlift (Volume): 390x5x2

    Putting in work.

Truncated week again next week. I am 1) Moving house, 2) Transitioning into Active Duty, and 3) Generally beat to hell from a very successful LP. I don't know what I'll accomplish lift-wise next week; coach has a grueling 2-day split planned for me but I expect I'm going to have to titrate some or most of it. I let him know that, and hopefully he has a magic bullet for me.

    Comeback LP, W10D1

    (Short week again: 2 sessions)

    Squat (Volume): 335x5x4

    Press: 192.5x3x2

    Bench: 280x5x3

    Deadlift: 435x5

Deads were supposed to be triples but I was pressed for time and took the full 5 reps.

    Comeback LP, W10D2 (2 of 2)

    Squat (Intensity): 385x3, 315x3

    Snuck in a backoff set.

    Bench (Intensity): 305x5

Coach prescribed two doubles. I took the full 5 because I knew I could. What I didn't know is how hard it'll be. When coach gives triples next time, I'm doing 'em.

    Deadlift (Volume): 395x5x2

Putting in work. Really trying to separate the SET BACK from the PULL on deadlifts; I've gotten sloppy at that lately.

Keeping continuity of week/day number, but this isn't a true LP anymore on any of the lifts.

    Squat (Light Volume): 315x5x3

I'm moving house this week, and coach is going easy-ish on me with volume. I should hit a new intensity set on each lift, but even those will be shortened.

    Press (Volume): 165x5x4

    Deadlift (Intensity): 441x3

Program was 440, but I added a chip to hit an even 200kg. These were challenging, but it's good to be back in the 200kg club.

    Squat (Light): 315x1x10, EMOM

Weird-ish. 10 singles, one every minute. Good way to sneak in some volume at a reasonable intensity.

    Chins: AMRAPx4. Result: 10, 10, 10, 10

Closed out the 10s. Maybe some weighted ones now? Dropped the suggestion to coach; we'll see.

    Bench (Intensity): 310x3, 275x5x3

    Squat (Intensity): 390x1, 335x3, 2; 315x3

So yesterday a 52' trailer came to my house and a crew of dudes loaded all my earthly possessions, minus what will fit in two cars, and drove away from my now-empty house. The crew did the heavy lifting for the most part, but I followed them around for 9 hours sweating and inventorying. Took more out of me than expected. What I thought would be a smoke-show single was a bit grindy, and my backoffs suffered even more. But with a bit less weight on the bar for that last set, I got some volume in.

    Press (Intensity): 195x3, 185x3x3

    Deadlift (Volume): 375x5x2

Next week I'm driving to Missouri. I've asked coach to program me one session, that I hope to execute Wednesday or Thursday. He says he'll be shocked if I actually manage to get a lift in, considering how much stuff I've got to do with my move-in next week, and he may be right. But I am dead set on getting at least a little time under a barbell next week, even if all I accomplish is scouting out the equipment quality at FLW and surrounding.
