Diet has been crappy also, hoping to get back on track with better nutrition and more protein.

Been a while since I posted! Still training, but very instinctive! I went back to a similar 3x5 NLP style as below:

    DAY A:
    Squat 3x5
    Push Press 3x5
    Sumo Deadlift 1x5

    DAY B:
    Squat 3x5
    Push Press 3x5
    Chinups 3x5

Did a lot yesterday... Shovelled my 8 car driveway of 10 cm of snow, as well as my back deck, trained the above session, and went snowboarding for 4 hours in the evening. Probably take a couple days rest lol...

    Notes:

Tough workout. Non-fasted (which I'm not as big a fan on). Definitely did not feel fully recovered from last session. 4th rep on squats was a grinder. Everything else was alright. May do a light day next session, but I think I'm going to move my squats to triples pretty soon.

Snow bath for CT, and a chicken/ham cordon bleu keto casserole for dinner.

Dropped down to triples on squats. We'll see how that goes, but I may need to incorporate a light squat day for recovery purposes, or perhaps reduce frequency.

    Fasted training (nicotine + caffeine).

Ham and sausage omelette with cheese for breakfast.
