    - Squat: 3x5@105kg (231lb)
    - Press: 3x5@47.5kg (104lb)
    - Deadlift: 1x5@130kg (286lb)

Another good training session. Deadlift now within 10kg of my best 5...may be able to LP up to a PR by Christmas.

    - Squat: 3x5@110kg (242lb)
    - Bench Press: 3x5@65kg (143lb)
    - Deadlift: 1x5@132.5kg (291lb)

Silly breathing errors on squats but nothing today actually moved slowly.

    - Squat: 3x5@115 (253lb)
    - Press: 3x5@50kg (110lb)
    - Deadlift: 1x5@135kg (297lb)
    - Chin-Ups: 8, 8, 5

Just one of those days where it felt like shit but went up anyway.

    Extra Credit:

    - Bench: 1x1@80kg (176lb)
    - CG Bench: 3x5@50kg (110lb)

Doing nothing all day so decided to go try Close Grip. Was fun, but really made me notice how long my arms are.

    - Squat: 3x5@120kg (264lb)
    - Bench Press: 3x5@70kg (154lb)
    - Deadlift: 1x5@137.5kg (302lb)

Everything felt great today. Was happy to bump the Bench up 5lbs and crush everything else at planned weight.

    - Squat: 3x5@125kg (275lb)
    - Press: 3x5@52.5kg (115lb)
    - Deadlift: 1x5@142.5kg (313lb)
    - Chin-Ups: 8, 8, 8

Finally shifting some real weight. This is the heaviest fahve I've done on the Deadlift. However, that is 7 straight Deadlift sessions on the trot and I am feeling it, so will start alternating with some sort of light pull. Unsure whether that will be Stiff-Legged, Snatch Grip, Deficit, Halting or Sumo. If anyone has an idea for a good first variation please do let me know!

    - Squat: 3x5@127.5kg (280lb)
    - Bench Press: 3x5@72.5kg (159lb)
    - Snatch Grip Deadlift: 3x5@80kg (176lb)
    - Dips: 8, 8, 8

Squat and Bench continues to progress comfortably. SGDL is a fun new thing. Went beltless and kept the intensity super low but it did challenge me to keep my back nice and tight.

And the gyms have closed again... No telling how long it'll be this time, but tragically I have nowhere I can put my own weight set I guess it's bye again for now.
