Work kicked my butt last week, and then circled around, crawled INSIDE my butt, and kicked it from the inside. It was a real Army week is all I'll say. Back at it today, and I can feel that I was off.

I've regressed in strength a bit due to layoff but also general work stress. I'm a half-starved insomniac basket case right now. Supposed to bench 285 for 4 sets across, but had to titrate after first set died at 4.

Army made me run today. My body hatez it. Press was supposed to be triples across but my feet were cramping into toe-claws so I did a top triple at Rx and then backed off with some light 8s.
