Bench: 330x3 (post-op PR triple), 295x3x3

Squat (Volume): 325x5x4
Deadlift: 445x1, 375x3x3
Putting in work. Reduced bar load on Volume Day to better match dropback % of my top triple for the week. Felt great.

A day early because of work stuff coming up. I felt the shorted recovery on every exercise. Session still went well.
Chins: BWx7x2
Barbell Curl: 70x8
Squat: 365x5, 390x3 (post-op PR triple), 405x1
Glad for the PR triple. Felt smoked so only hit 405 on the top end, but that's a Rx "RPE 8" single, so it's kinda fuzzy. When I feel bulletproof again like last week, I'll go heavy on that.
Bench: 272.5x8, 282.5x5, 302.5x3
Took a lot of discipline not to just load the next 5lb plate but I followed the Rx.
Deadlift: 405x5
Paused deadlift: 365x3x3

Chins and curls are closed out for the week. I'm thinking next week: 8s, and 72.5.
Squat (light): 295x5x2
Bench (light): 225x8x3 (4-second negative)
Row: 210x8x3
Press: 227.5x1, 230x1 (post-op PR), 232.5x0, 187.5x5x3 Video of 230 at Login • Instagram
Took a single at 227.5, which was a post-op PR. It came up so fast, I took 230, and that moved well too. Tried 232.5, and that sucker came up as well! But there was a dip in the ascent, so it's a no-lift. Not counting it. But I'm now only 10lbs off of lifetime best press. I'm stoked right now. God is good.

As for the hip thing ... I don't have the coordination for it, or I'd try some drive-and-layback. I can't dance for crap either, so hey.

Incremented up for the new week.
Squat: 330x5x2, 330x2, 295x5
So ... Saturday I did a 12mile ruck march with my Bravo Company. Still sore in the hamstrings, hips, adductors. Got scared by some tweaky feelings in set 3 of volume day, and scaled back a bit.

I'll get that deadlift video up tomorrow maybe on the Insta (Edit: Video of this pull is at Login • Instagram ). I'm just glad to hit this: At the 1000lb club thingie I pulled this, and initially marked it as a PR, but I noticed that the sides of the platform had like a 2-inch boost, making the pull off the floor easier. This one counts: SS Power Bar, and a flat floor.
