    Feeling froggy today. Went +30 on my best post-op single for bench, and +10 for most weight pressed post-op.

    Programmed for 205x6x4, but I'm still feeling cheeky on these.

    Press: 155x10, 5; 205x1

    Supposed to be 155x5x3, but hey. These are feeling good. Took a 205 single just to see if I could; today marks 12 weeks since surgery. Going just fahne.

    Extra upper volume is starting to add fatigue. This was harder than expected (still no danger of a missed rep).

    Squat: 325x5x3

    Deadlift: 355x5x2


    +5/+10 here, as RX. Squats are starting to be a real mind-game to get under the bar, but realistically, it's not that hard. Video looks quick and smooth.

    Horrible day. Woke up hurting everywhere: Left quad, right knee, right elbow, right shoulder, right trap, right lat. Just a wreck. Bagged it and went home.
