Truckin'. Good closeout to the week. Still ... felt really creaky today. Usually I get to sleep in on Wednesday until at least 0730, which amounts to a great recovery reset. This week, I've been up before the sun for 5 days in a row, and it catches up. 12-mile ruck march tomorrow with a 0500 wakeup, so ... gonna be more of the same. :/

LISS: 12-mile ruck march
Headed out with one of the companies for 12 miles today before sunup. This one was much easier than last one ... I think a lot of it is because my squat is decent-ish again. I think I was still squatting in the 200s post-op last time. Legs are stronger now.

On my newly assembled home rack. 305 is all the plates I own. A good day.
Press: 175x5x3
Curl: 45x12x2
The home rack is mostly for my wife, but I was feeling strong so I did bench and press after assembling the rack. 305lbs represents all the plates we have right now. Most of my lifts will still be at work, since a) I'm coaching two lifters there and b) The Army gym has plenty of plates.

Great session today. Pulling above 400 for reps and sets, squatting 345 without pain, and took a 16-rep set to get out quicker on my 3x8 bench, with zero drama.

NANM: Weekend goof-off
Did some nonsense in my garage. Slow tempo, light weight, high reps on all, trying to target the elbow tendons specifically.
Barbell Triceps Overhead Extension: 35x15x3, 45x8x3
Barbell Curl: 45x15x2, 55x15
