    Got a slight trap tweak from Monday's benching or pressing; it's been bugging me all week. Today's presses especially sucked. But I got the work in.

    Taking press and bench down a notch all week. Lingering pain in all the pressing motions. The trap/lat tweak from last week has finally calmed down but it's left me feeling wobbly. I'm hoping a short week of lighter work will let my structure catch up.

    Done a day early, at my garage gym, because the Army gym is closed Friday through Monday (lame).

    Bench: 280x5x3

    My shoulder/elbow issues seem to have abated quickly. Took the next LP target my coach would've had for me.

    Press: 195x5, 165x5x2

    Got a new post-op top set, but had to back off after.

    When I woke at 0415, I didn't check the Rx, so I did the wrong squats. I'll finish up the squats tomorrow in my garage.

    Squat: 365x5

    I was supposed to do 325x3x4. Wups. Well, like I said ... tomorrow in the garage.

    Deadlift: 415x3, 355x6, 355x3

    Another top triple in the can.

    This was programmed as four triples (12 reps). I wanted to hit a new post-surgery set of 5, so I rearranged the 12 reps as 5, 4, 3. Coach wasn't **too** mad.
