No uppers today, just squats and pulls, to make up for missed squats on Monday last.
Squat: 385x1, 370x3, 345x5
Deadlift: 385x1, 415x1, 435x1, 465x1 (Post-op PR!)
Okay, so I pulled "475" at the 1000lb club event a month or so ago, but it was essentially a block pull, because the sides of the platform gave me a 2-inch boost. So I ain't counting it. I'm counting this one though.

Full week at that load. Time to up chins and curls. Still dunno if I'm gonna increase volume or intensity, but there will be some increase in work.

Volume increase on chins, 5lb load increase on curls.

Tweaky adductor. Minor but still enough to tank this session.
Bench: 347.5x1 (post-OP PR), 290x3x2
Benched more than I squatted today. Weird.
Deadlift: 365x1
This was last warmup single. Up to this point I thought my tweakiness from the squat would not carry over sufficiently to the deadlift, but I was wrong. Lame, lame, lame.

This session is actually supposed to happen tomorrow, but I'm crunched for time tomorrow, and still want to rest that adductor a bit more.
Chins: BWx6x2
Barbell Curl: 65x8
Bench: 270x8, 280x5, 300x6
Supposed to be a triple for that last set but 1) I was feeling froggy and 2) I missed a triple at 290 on Monday, so now I'm up to "par" for bench this week at least.

Adductor just needed some rest I think. Talked to coach and we've reduced intensity of light day and volume day, while maintaining total weekly rep count on squat.
Deadlift: 435x1
Paused Deadlift: 360x3x3
