    That deadlift set of 5 is a post-surgery best. I'm off of lifetime best by 35lbs still, for set of 5.

    405 squat is first time over 400lbs since that flu bug.

    I'm about to miss a whole week of training for military stuff though. :/

    Singles on bench feel fine. It's the sets of 5 that hurt the shoulder. I think it's because by rep 5 I've lost some discipline in my position.
