A full week of LP-ish. During that time I've recaptured 80lbs of squat, 85lbs of bench, 50lbs of deadlift. Got another week, maybe 10 days, to inch this up before a forced layoff of about 10 days (might get a session in about halfway through; if so I'll try to use that session to tread water).
Gonna start tracking a stat: %PR. This will be [Supertotal Best]/[Supertotal Current Performance], with "Supertotal" being the sum of SQT/BNC/PRS/DLT. So this week I'm at 1035/1570, 66%.
I've solidified my goal: Reclaim some strength, try to get to a solid 85%+ of "strong me" while this hellish summer persists, in order to set myself up for a hopefully excellent autumn and winter.

Bench was a memory mistake: Thought I left off at 250 not 240. I was like "wow I thought I had more 8s in me" but 5s were sufficient, and I'm happy with the result. Supertotal up to 70% now. Still hot AF inside and out, and I'm objectively weaker (more than just a feeling) in the summer time. But I'm starting to have some hope for a great fall/winter.

Got in to the powerlifting gym in Bremerton again today ... and tweaked my hammy. Rehabbed it immediately to 135 SQT and 155 DLT; I'll move up from here I guess. I've got a 12-mile ruck on Saturday to help with the rehab, yay! Gonna have to track %PR on a per-lift and gross basis now.

This isn't really session 45 but I've been away from logging for a bit. Pulled that same hammy again (!!) so meh. Also I'm nursing a medial epicondylitis so there's that. Still hoping to be in some kinda shape by October. Best sets of the week:

Okay let's try this again ...
Been a rough time, some of which is documented above. Work got super busy out in Missouri, then I got orders to report to Colorado, and now I'm in the Denver area for a few years. Lifting fell all the way off the deep end.
Bodyweight steady around 218.
Did a 1k Pound club at the new area the week after I arrived, and got a 1075 total. Haven't done lots of singles work since then, but I'm already up to 1105. Sigh. Only 215 more pounds to recapture to be at my best!
During the month I've been back to consistent lifting, here are some bests, as a metric.
