Mid-week report
Had a mild hamstring pull on a warmup squat on Friday. Bagged squat and deadlift for the day.
Did air-squats through the weekend, then between Monday and Wednesday sessions worked squat up to SQT 325x5 and deadlift to DLT 365x5. I'm pleased with the rehab.
Press progression today:
PRS 170x5x3 and I'm glad I didn't try for 175. I've lost a lot of ground on the press and need to regain it slowly.
