I have that NIB cd somewhere. I did remember that there is a Volume II as I have a few songs that I downloaded from that cd also. I no longer buy or use cd's anymore but I think my desktop can play and rip them but it's probably the only device I have anymore that can. I just play my phone in my vehicle or around the house. Bluetooth is a wonderful thing...lol.

Aye, that it is. I just need to source a Bluetooth transmitter that I can plug into the headphone jack of my old school stereo system. That way I can throw on some vinyl and listen to the album anywhere in the house. I just haven't got around to starting digitizing that collection.

    - OP - Volume day. The start of a new training cycle, +2.5lbs over last cycle. All four sets were smooth and in control, which was nice considering that this is just -2.5lbs from my 4x5 PR and the shoulder issues that I've had for the last six weeks. It's much better, getting slowly better and progressing (yes, I know that's three of the same thing, but they are each different in this case). All good.
    - CGBP - Light day. All good.

    - SQ - Volume day. The first set was a lie. All good, breaking 8/15/22's 305x5x4 PR. While this is still off 6/1/21's 320x5x3, the volume difference makes today the king, since this one went to 11.
    - Hangs - Still working out some of the shoulder issues. I'm not interested in resuming chins yet while it's still talking to me like it is, while improving like it has.

    - DL - Heavy day w/ 93% backoff. As the warmups progressed, my lower back got tighter (go figure). That got me to wondering about my SQ/DL volume, which always starts beating me up when both are above 300lbs. I set up great for my first pull, only to discover when I tightened my lats that I had not put the third 45lb plate on the left side. That didn't help, but I did a full reset, and the 340x5 went well, matching my 12/8/21 1x5 PR. The backoff set went well, too.
    - SQ - Light day. As usual, these never feel light after heavy pulls. Standing up under the bar for that first set made me immediately wonder if I had misloaded too heavy, but I knew it to be a lie. All good.

    - OP - Heavy Triples. It has been 2 months since my left shoulder went wonky on me. It's a lot better than it has been, although there continues to be some tightness, discomfort, and an occasional twinge. Continuing to do the presses was the right answer, even with a slight reset. All good.

It goes to show that some things just need to be worked through. Good to be better.

    Wonkiness...hmm?
