    Notes
    - OP - Heavy Triples, +5lbs over last cycle, +10lbs over last week's 3x5. I misloaded the bar w/ +10lbs on the right side, which I caught as soon as I unracked the first set. Consequently, even after the reset the first set was a mess, but it got done. After that, these were limit sets, with grindy third reps (sometimes second, too). On the last set, the third rep would have failed a competition, since it started to drop once it was above my head, but I wasn't having any of that and pressed it to lockout. None of this is a surprise, as I jumped +5lbs on the presses over last cycle and this is +10lbs over last week's 3x5. But that doesn't mean that I won't do the same for the next cycle. And to put this 150x3x4 into perspective, my heaviest-ever successful press workout prior to this was 151x1x5 on 1/24/22.
    - BP - Light day. All good, as it should be.

    Notes — Our 2-week heat wave finally broke, so instead of it being 90F outside at 10am, it's in the lower 70's. Unfortunately, the fires blew up in our region yesterday afternoon, so that now means that the air quality outside has bumped up into the "Unhealthy" range already this morning, although it has improved since then. 'Tis the season.
    - BP - Heavy Triples at +10lbs over last week's 3x5. Not limit sets, although the very last rep slowed a bit to a gentle grind. All good.
    - OP - Light Day. All good.
