I have been 'exercising' for my entire adolescence. I have always done the main four but not in conjunction with any kind of liner progression; just fucking around in the gym lifting comparatively to how I felt that day. I discovered the SS podcast during lockdown and decided I would develop some testicular fortitude and: read the blue and grey book, set a PR every workout, drink a gallon of milk a day and just not be a pussy. My numbers pre covid were:

Age 21 - Height: 5'11 BW 85kg

Squat: 160kg 1RM
DL: 230 1RM
Bench: 100kg 1RM
Press: 55kg 1RM


Numbers after 9 weeks of NLP post-lockdown and a gallon of milk a day:
Age 22 - Height: 5'11 BW 100kg

Squat: 152kg 5x3
DL: 195kg 5x1
Bench: 112kg 5x3
Press: 66kg 5x3

Safe to say I have made more progression in approximately 2 months than I made in the 8 years of training prior. Excited to see how far I can take NLP.
